Be There Certificate: Free online course created by Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation that takes about 2 hours to complete. Teaches how to support friends and peers struggling with mental health without getting burnt out.
Seize the Awkward: Great site for middle and high schoolers. It uses videos and "conversation starters" to explain how to talk to friends about mental health in a way that doesn't feel weird.
Finch Care App: A "self-care pet" app. Take care of a little digital bird by completing real-life self-care tasks (like drinking water or breathing).
For Teachers
Greater Good in Education: Run by UC Berkeley, this provides free, science-based activities for social-emotional learning (SEL) that take 5–10 minutes.
Child Mind Institute: School Resources: Offers specific "Teacher Guides" on how to handle anxiety, ADHD, or grief in the classroom.
